Zaterdagmiddag 17 mei 2025 organiseert Schaakgenootschap Overschie:
De Jeugd Grand Prix van Overschie 2025.
Het is het vijfde RSB jeugd Grand Prix-toernooi van jaargang 2025.
Speellocatie: De Grote Kerk van Overschie, Overschiese Dorpsstraat 95, 3043 CP Rotterdam.
- Er zal gebruik worden gemaakt van twee kleine speelzaaltjes (voor de hogere groepen) en de grote kerkzaal, waardoor er plaats is voor 130 deelnemers.
- De twee speelzaaltjes zijn niet toegankelijk voor publiek en tijdens de partijen in de grote kerkzaal wordt het publiek verzocht stil te zijn, zodat de spelers in alle rust en zonder afleiding kunnen schaken.
- In de RSB Jeugd GrandPrix wordt gespeeld in gesloten groepen van 4, 6 of 8 spelers, die op speelsterkte (rapidrating) zijn ingedeeld. Dit maakt dat de toernooien ook geschikt zijn voor beginners. Zij moeten echter al wel het mat zetten beheersen!!! Dat betekent minstens ver gevorderd in stap 1. Verder geldt er een leeftijdgrens: geboren in 2005 of later.
INSCHRIJVEN EN BETALEN KAN TOT EN MET UITERLIJK WOENSDAG 14 MEI 2025
Inschrijven kan uitsluitend via dit formulier. De inschrijving opent op maandag 5 mei 2025 om 10h00.
De inschrijving sluit op woensdag 14 mei 2025 om 20h00. Het inschrijfgeld moet dan ook betaald zijn.
Aanmelden aan de zaal op de speeldag zelf is dus niet mogelijk!
De inschrijvingen komen op de lijst met deelnemers
Bereikt het aantal inschrijvingen het maximum van 130, dan worden volgende inschrijvingen als reserve op de lijst geplaatst. Mochten deelnemers zich afmelden, dan worden reserves opgeroepen in volgorde van inschrijving.
- Het inschrijfgeld is € 8,00. Dit is inclusief één consumptie. Maak het inschrijfgeld direct na inschrijving over op NL37 INGB 0000 6933 89 t.n.v. S.G. Overschie. Belangrijk: Vermeld daarbij de voor- en achternaam van de deelnemer of reserve!
- De inschrijving is pas volledig als het inschrijfgeld is ontvangen!
- Na inschrijving en betaling alsnog verhinderd? Sms of whatsapp dan meteen 06 16 24 31 20 (Hans van den Beukel, jeugdleider RSB), maar wel uiterlijk om 10h00 op de speeldag zelf. Schaakgenootschap Overschie zal het betaalde inschrijfgeld dan terugstorten.
- Uiteraard krijgen ook reserves die uiteindelijk toch niet kunnen deelnemen omdat er voor hen geen plaats is, hun inschrijfgeld terug.
TOERNOOI INFORMATIE 17 MEI 2025
Aanvang
• Zaal open vanaf 12h00. Meld je uiterlijk 12h45 aanwezig bij de inchecktafel.
• Niet op tijd? Sms of whatsapp 06 16 24 31 20.
• Als je zonder bericht later aankomt dan 12h45, kan je niet meer meedoen.
Route, parkeren en openbaar vervoer
• Op de website van S.G. Overschie staat een routebeschrijving.
• Parkeren kan ongeveer 250 meter voorbij de kerk, vrijwel direct na de Hoge Brug, of in de wijk zelf. Houd rekening met 5 minuten aanlooptijd vanaf de parkeerplaats naar de kerk!!!
• Kom je met het OV? Neem RET Bus 33 vanaf Rotterdam Centraal. Uitstappen bij halte De Lugt. Van daar is het ca. 350 meter (5 minuten) lopen naar de Grote Kerk.
Speeltempo per persoon per partij
Afhankelijk van je speelsterkte word je ingedeeld in een vier-, zes- of achtkamp.
• Vierkampen (voor de sterkste spelers): 30 minuten en 5 seconden increment
• Zeskampen (voor de gemiddeld sterke spelers): 15 minuten en 5 seconden increment
• Achtkampen (voor de overige spelers): 10 minuten en 5 seconden increment
Prijzen
• Bij de vierkampen voor de nummers 1 en 2.
• Bij de zeskampen voor de nummers 1, 2 en 3.
• Bij de achtkampen voor de nummers 1, 2, 3 en 4.
Criteria voor de eindrangschikking zijn achtereenvolgens (zie artikel 10.1 van het reglement):

• Sonneborn-Berger score
• Onderling resultaat (2)
• Rapidrating (de lagere gaat voor de hogere)

Consumpties
• In de Grote Kerk zijn koffie, thee, frisdrank, chocomel, flesjes water, tosti’s en broodjes bal verkrijgbaar.
• Betalen kan zowel met pin als contant.

• Na afloop worden de uitslagen en eindstanden gepubliceerd op de website van de RSB.
• De uitslagen worden verwerkt in de KNSB-rapidratinglijst per 1 juni 2025.

On Saturday afternoon, May 17, 2025, Chess Society Overschie organizes:
The Youth Grand Prix of Overschie 2025.
It is the fifth RSB youth Grand Prix tournament of the 2025 year.
Play location: De Grote Kerk van Overschie, Overschiese Dorpsstraat 95, 3043 CP Rotterdam.
- Two small playrooms (for the higher groups) and the large church hall will be used, providing space for 130 participants.
- The two small playrooms are not accessible to the public and during the games in the large church hall the public is requested to be quiet, so that the players can play chess in peace and without distractions.
- The RSB Youth GrandPrix is played in closed groups of 4, 6 or 8 players, who are divided according to playing strength (rapidrating). This makes the tournaments also suitable for beginners. However, they must already master the checkmate!!! This means at least advanced in step 1. There is also an age limit: born in 2005 or later.
YOU CAN REGISTER AND PAY UNTIL WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025 AT THE LATEST
You can only register via this form. Registration opens on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
Registration closes on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 8:00 PM. The registration fee must therefore be paid.
It is therefore not possible to register at the venue on the match day itself!
The registrations will be added to the list of participants
If the number of registrations reaches the maximum of 130, subsequent registrations will be placed on the list as a reserve. If participants cancel, reserves will be called in order of registration.
- The registration fee is € 8,00. This includes one drink. Transfer the registration fee immediately after registration to NL37 INGB 0000 6933 89 attn. S.G. Overschie. Important: Please state the first and last name of the participant or reserve!
- Registration is only complete once the registration fee has been received!
- Still unable to attend after registration and payment? Text or WhatsApp immediately 06 16 24 31 20 (Hans van den Beukel, RSB youth leader), but no later than 10:00 AM on the match day itself. S.G. Overschie will then refund the registration fee paid.
- Of course, reserves who ultimately cannot participate because there is no room for them will also receive their registration fee back.

Commencement
• Hall open from 12h00. Please report to the check-in table no later than 12:45 PM.
• Not on time? Text or WhatsApp 06 16 24 31 20.
• If you arrive later than 12h45 without notice, you can no longer participate.
Route, parking and public transport
• The S.G. Overschie website provides directions.
• Parking is available approximately 250 metres past the church, almost immediately after the Hoge Brug, or in the neighbourhood itself. Please allow a 5-minute walk from the car park to the church!!!
• Are you travelling by public transport? Take RET Bus 33 from Rotterdam Central Station. Get off at the De Lugt stop. From there it is approximately a 350-meter (5-minute) walk to the Grote Kerk.
Pace of play per person per game
Depending on your playing strength, you will be placed in a four-, six- or eightcamp.
• Fourcamps (for the strongest players): 30 minutes and 5 seconds increment
• Sixcamps (for average players): 15 minutes and 5 seconds increment
• Eightcamps (for the other players): 10 minutes and 5 seconds increment

• In the fourcamps prices for numbers 1 and 2.
• In the sixcamps for numbers 1, 2 and 3
• In the eightcamps for numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Criteria for the final ranking are as follows (see article 10.1 of the regulations):

Consumptions
• Coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate milk, bottles of water, toasted sandwiches and meatball sandwiches are available in the Grote Kerk.
• Payment can be made by debit card or cash.
